Try everything, free of charge!

TeacherTool One features almost the same functions as the full version, however, with “One” you can only manage one single course. More specifically: With the free version, you can explore everything in detail and ensure yourself of the student management advantages in your pants pocket on a non-committal basis. In the event of a subsequent upgrade to TeacheTool or TeacherTool Flex, you can continue to use the already entered data (purchasing the module “Multiple Year Data Bases” is required for TeacherTool Flex).

Total flexibility: Prepare your “own” TeacherTool!

TeacherTool Flex offers you the freedom to adapt TeacherTool to your own personal requirements and to only pay for what you really need. Even with the basic module you will receive all of the features required for grading: You can create an unlimited amount of courses with an unlimited number of students and manage and access the complete grading options just like in the full version of TeacherTool (e.g. all national and international grading-systems of the full version, recursive categories, emphasis on individual grades, decimal- and grade point average entry, annotations with memory function etc.). If you need an app just to aid you in grade management and make suggestions for a final grade, you are acquiring the most extensive “grading program” for iPhonesOS with just the basic TeacherTool Flex module and you can always upgrade the program based on your requirements in a cost-effective manner.

Do you need additional features? No problem!

The basic grading segment of TeacherTool Flex is supplemented by various modules, which you can access for € 2.99 each. These modules are already included in Teacher Tool and TeacherTool One.

Absence Management Do you have to record and balance your students’ absentee days? This is no problem with this module! You can capture and summarize absentee hours, absentee days or tardiness down to the minute, regardless whether it is for one student or entire groups. When requesting this information, you are reminded of the excuses pending submission, which you can “check” with a touch.
Lesson plans and annual schedule This module expands TeacherTool Flex by an annual schedule with up to 53 individual lesson plans which you can assign to the respective calendar weeks. This not only enables TeacherTool Flex to “know” what course you are currently teaching: If you have the absentee management module, it can also determine from the lesson plan how many hours you are teaching in one course “today” and how may minutes a student was tardy for the lesson.
Check Lists Who still has to submit a signature, who still owes the fee for the class-fund, whose parents came to the consultation meeting? Reminders in form of check lists are the A and O in daily school activities. With the aid of this module you can create and manage these lists with a few touches. The subject of the list is maintained as an annotation for each student.
Course manual This module expands TeacherTool Flex by a virtual course manual where you can enter lesson contents, home work assignments and annotations. Together with the absentee- and export module you can even create and print complete course manuals.
Multiple year database management If you would like to store your data for a longer period of time or create different versions, then this is the module to choose. It is also required for importing data from TeacherTool One (s.u.)
Data Export Export your data in CVS-format, so you can develop it further in a calculation table. (e.g. for printing the included TeacherTool course manual template).
Networking Share classes and databases via WiFi
Seating plan With the aid of this module and tilting the iPhone in the course overview, it converts into a seating plan, which you can design at your discretion, in which you can arrange as many desks as you like with up to 10 seats anywhere in the room and place each desk either horizontally or vertically.
