What is TeacherTool?

TeacherTool is an iOS-App that effectively supports and simplifies your administrative and organizational work as a teacher; it is an electronic teacher’s calendar, grade book and course register in your pocket, always available, always complete and up to date. All data will be strictly saved encrypted and, in addition, access to the program can be restricted with an optional password so that the data are protected.

TeacherTool saves grades and makes suggestions for certificate or interim grades. TeacherTool saves your remarks to students and reminds you about them when you’re teaching the class next time, just as you wish. It remembers the date of the grade and each grade can be provided with comments; TeacherTool manages absenteeism and reminds you of excuses to be delivered; it knows your schedule and therefore knows exactly where you have lessons and adjusts its proposals for appointments, absenteeism at its start-up screen accordingly. TeacherTool keeps a diary that you can also use as a much more flexible replacement for your course book – and last but not least it “knows” your students as well as you want it to: with name, photo, phone numbers, email and all other contact information, which you can store in the iOS address book.

In short: TeacherTool centralizes, simplifies and speeds up your management and organizational work. It is, moreover, much more secure than your traditional course book/grade book, because with the synchronization on your Mac or WindowsPC, you will always have a backup copy of all your data available—backup restore is only a mouse click away.
